What we collect when you send an inquiry, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number (if you give one) and the message you write. We do not collect anything else about you through the form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.
Where it is kept
Inquiries are stored in HubSpot, the customer records tool we use, and in our business email. HubSpot is run from outside New Zealand, so your details may be held overseas. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it. Email hello@tecktonic.co.nz and we will respond.
